The alliance will gather actors from different levels in order to increase the level of
knowledge and improve the skills for building
a general awareness on the topic as well as
to develop quality actions towards common goals.

The alliance has a special focus on educating policy-makers on how to implement health
knowlege. One special target group covered are mentally diseased older people.
