Monitoring the strengthening of capacities

The objective of this work package is to monitor the capacity building process initiated by the national alliances. Assisted by the associated and collaborating partners, the national alliances will continue to meet on regular basis (3-4 times per year) in order to support the implementation process.
Partners will assist national alliances to continue to meet on regular basis (3-4 times a years) in order to support implementation of national action plans.
